Transcript Requests

If you are a CURRENT WLHS student, please go the College and Career page

Step 1: Are you in the right place?

Did you attend West Linn High School? We have two other high schools in the West Linn-Wilsonville School District, Wilsonville High School and Riverside High School. If you attended either, you will want to reach out to those schools directly.

If the answer is YES, please follow the steps below to ensure the WLHS Registrar has the necessary information to successfully pull your records. 

Step 2: Gather Your Personal Information

  • Your full legal name: (current name):
  • The name you used while attending WLHS: (If different from your current name, e.g., a maiden name):
  • Your date of birth:
  • Your street address:
  • Your phone number:
  • Your email address:
  • Your graduation year or the years you attended WLHS:

Step 3: Identify Where the Transcript Needs to Go

Next, you’ll need to specify which institutions should receive your transcript. This is usually a college, university, or a scholarship organization. You can also request your transcript be emailed or mailed to you.

  • For each institution, please provide:
    • The full name of the institution: (e.g., "Oregon State University")
    • The complete mailing and/or emailing address: (Make sure this address is correct for receiving official transcripts!)

💡 Tip: If you need your transcript sent to multiple places, list each one separately with its full name and address.

Step 4: Write and Send Your Request 

You'll need to compile all the information from Steps 2 and 3 into an email to the WLHS Office Registrar. Please email this to WLHS-Registrar@wlwv.k12.or.us.

✅ Authorization: By sending this request, you are giving West Linn High School permission to release your transcript to the institutions you have listed.

Step 5: Wait for Processing 

Once your request is submitted, the Registrar's office will begin processing it.

  • Processing Time: Transcripts are typically sent within 48-72 business hours of the school receiving your request.
  • Keep an Eye Out: You should monitor your email for any potential follow-up questions from the Registrar's office.
