Required Registration Documents

- Proof of Residency. New students must be living in the West Linn Attendance Boundary at time of enrollment.
- Copy of Immunization Records
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Transcripts from previous school
- Copy of 504 or IEP (if applicable)
- Custodial Documentation (if applicable)
